Salgado began his career in Telvant (currently Schneider Electric), a telecommunications and information technology systems company where he served as director of operations. He was President and Executive Director of Abengoa Bioenergy, an industry leader in biofuels. Currently leads a team of more than 200 professionals whose focus is to maximize the effectiveness of the spectrum used by ALTÁN Redes for Red Compartida, while subsequently keeping costs the most competitive for the market.
Prieto holds a degree in Economics from the ITAM and a Master’s in Public Management from Harvard University. She worked in an investment bank in New York and Mexico, in the Mexican General Direction of Programming and Budgets (Secretaría de Programación y Presupuesto), in addition to the Bank of Mexico. Prieto served as Lippincott & Margulies and the Canadian fund CDPQ Senior representative in Mexico, the latter current Red Compartida’s shareholder. She oversees the Institutional Relations and the Regulatory and Legal strategies of ALTÁN Redes.

He managed Telvent Mexico between 1993 and 1996, and has served in high management positions since 2000. He actively participated during the liberalization process of the Telecomm sector in Spain, developing diverse operators as Jazztel, Retevisión, Banda26, ONO, and establishing the most important network of Data Centers in Southern Europe.
Mechanical and electrical engineer with more than 30 years of telecommunications experience. Bellido has worked in leading-edge companies in the telecommunications and financial service infrastructures. In Avantel, Bellido served as CTO. In Banamex (Citigroup), he headed telecommunications management in Latin America and as GTAC’s director general he implemented a network stretching 15,000 km. of optical fiber.
Holds a Business degree by the Universidad Deusto at Bilbao (Spain), and an MBA by Stanford University. Has 25 years of experience with the International firms McKinsey and PwC as consultant and partner. His deep strategic knowledge has added the required business vision to Multitel -managing, strategic and financial shareholder of Red Compartida-, as well as Altán Redes since its tender process in 2016.

Olivieri holds a MBA from the PUC-PR (Brazil) with a specialization in Financial Management from the Wharton School (USA). Olivieri holds more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with 17 years in executive positions in companies such as GVT, Oi & TIM in Brazil.
Domené holds a degree in Physical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Information Systems and Telecommunications Management from the Technical University of Madrid.He has more than 10 years of experience in business consulting in the telecommunications industry with companies such as PwC & Deloitte.In Ericsson, Domené was head of IT & Core pre-sales for Iberia and América Móvil.
Cabredo holds an Industrial Engineer degree from the University of Piura (Peru) with a master in Business Management from the IPADE business school. His experience has led him to executive positions in Financial Planning and Finances. He worked in companies such as Bufete Industrial in the construction industry, and Maxcom Telecomunicaciones, where he served as CFO.
Marzo holds a degree in Business Management from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the IE Business School (Madrid). He worked at ING Bank and later at Barclays bank in different positions such as Project Finance Director and Middle Market Director for Spain and Portugal. As an associate Partner at PwC, Marzo was involved in important restructuring operations and holds more than 18 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance.
Ortiz-Cañavate holds a Business Management degree from the Comillas Pontifical University (Spain) and he studied in the Senior Company Management program of the IESE of the University of Navarra.He holds more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure industry in more than 15 countries. In addition, he served as Organization and HR director of British Telecom in Latin America and ONO general director of Corporate Resources.
García-Moreno holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Technical University of Madrid with an MBA from the IESE-University of Navarra (Spain). Has more than 10 years of experience in the Technology-Media-Telecommunications industry and 8 years in the consulting sector. He has worked in Booz&Co., OliverWyman, and Delta Partners, companies with mobile and fixed-line operators in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Juárez holds an Electric and Treatment of Signals Engineering degree from the ENSEEIHT of the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (France). He holds a master in Telecommunications and Networks. Juárez has more than 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in 2005 as a wireless network engineer and in 2007 he started project management in constructing radio place installations in Core, IP, and fiber creation. He has managed the Deployment of more than 8,000 wireless spots with telecom companies in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America.
Miranda holds a degree in Business Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, an MBA from the IE Business School (Spain), and an EMP (Executive Management Program) from Wharton School (Japan). He possesses more than 20 years of experience in the financial and retail sectors. Miranda worked in Banamex (Citigroup), Banorte, BBVA-Bancomer, BNP-Paribas, and Walmart in the professional conduct, internal monitoring, internal auditing, compliance and risks departments.
Zaldívar holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Tec of Monterrey (Mexico) with a specialization in Quality and Systems from the University of Hull (United Kingdom). He possesses more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. He has worked in the sales department of multinationals in Mexico and LAD. He also worked in companies such as AT&T, France Telecom, and Oracle. At Oracle, he was director of Applications.
